ColdSnap Aquaponics is able to harvest all year, making fresh, locally grown, and nutritious produce available any day of the year that are free of fertilizers, herbicides and chemicals.

Cattail Organics is a 50-acre, diverse certified organic farm nestled in Athens, WI. They believe in growing a farm rooted in ecology, genuine communication and care for their land, family, employees, and those they feed.

During their 2020 growing season, Cattail Organics provides us with organic produce including carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, cauliflower, bell peppers, and herbs.

Nasonville Dairy & Weber’s Farm Store
Marshfield, Wisconsin
Nasonville Dairy is a third generation cheese factory, that utilizes milk from local dairy farms to produce many cheese products with different styles and flavors.
Weber’s Farm Store proudly offers a full range of dairy products including butter, Kefir and an extensive line of cheese, including those crafted by part-owner and Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker, Ken Heiman, at Nasonville Dairy.

Nasonville Dairy provides all our cheese including sharp cheddar, pepper jack, baby
swiss, feta, and bleu crumble. Weber’s Farm Store prepares the cheese so it’s ready to be
added to our salads.
Tapped Maple Syrup
Stevens Point, Wisconsin
For five generations, Tapped Maple Syrup has been crafting maple syrup collected each season from the Solin family’s heritage sugarbush, near Neva, Wisconsin.
WHAT WE SOURCE
We use Tapped Maple Syrup to make irresistible vinaigrettes for some of our salads. Using maple syrup as a sugar source allows us to avoid using processed sugar, often found in most vinaigrettes and dressings.
